 Death at his Private Zoo
To the delight of readers and critics, DEAD LUCKY introduced a new leading character in Jack Reid, a reluctant TV quizmaster. The publishers were anxious to sight a new book featuring Jack Reid, but unfortunately the author had planned DEAD LUCKY as a single book, not part of a series. It was therefore decided to re-write DEATH AT HIS PRIVATE ZOO, a half-completed manuscript featuring Tom Howard, as a Jack Reid novel instead!
